Is CoP open or is it closed? I have been getting different answers from different sources. Anyone who has been to disney recently, please let me know whether or not it is open. Thx.

I watched COP yesterday and taped it also.

It is currently open and will remain so through this week, scheduled to close at 8 each night. After this week, we are not sure. It will probably based on crowds, which are currently very high.

I took in the show yesterday (6/30) afternoon with some friends. It was the largest crowd I've ever seen inside CoP since I was a child. (When it's not raining outside of course and it wasn't raining yet)

Am I safe to assume nothing has changed on CoP since it re-opened?

I believe that, except for a few small possible additions or deletions (props), no scenes have been changed or altered in any manner.

I am planning to compile my CoP videos sometime next year. I filmed the attraction about 8 times with a stand, (different angles), and a brand new digital camera. Every item (i.e. a closeup to a cuckoo clock) will be patched together to create a edited and clear production. There will be no audience noises or any heads at all. I look forward to start productions after I get my new website running.

The video is available here at WDWMAGIC! Its 53.3MB but it is the full ride.
