With the right picture and a little photoshop magic you can make pictures look like toy sets. This is not the best, you want pics with more of a downward angle and harsher shadows

looks like a unsharpen mask to me

middle is focused (maybe sharpened) rest is unsharpened with increasing intensity like a macro focus
