Contemporary Resort questions

Hi,

I have a few Contemporary Resort questions:

1) Are there showers/changing rooms and lockers near the pool
areas? If yes, are these open only at certain times?
2) What are the pool hours?
3) How do you get to the MK lookout at the top of the Tower?
4) How do you get to the Bay Lake lookout at the top of the
Tower?

3) You need to go to a certain floor i think its 12.. Then you walk up the stairs... Make sure its not locked from the outside .. hehe...

1) I'm sure there are lockers and showers near the heated pools, but I think there is no changing zone since you are supposed to be a resort guess and change in your own room

2) I think the pool hours are 7a.m to 9.pm with life guards, after that you are under you own risk, but you can stay.

3) By Lookout you mean the California Grill, the restaurant at the 15th level which offers you an incredible view of the MK , Resorts and Seven Seas Lagoon. You can get to the 15 floor with any of the three elevators on the right, but not the other three in front.

4) there's no such thing.

1.) I think the restrooms next to the Sand Bar to have changing rooms.

2.) The pool is open 24 hours, of course not all 24 hours has a life guard on duty.

3 & 4) Atop the Contemporary, you can see Bay Lake and the MK, and the rest of WDW. I like to take the exterior staircase up to the top, cause I think you have to walk through the people seated in the California Grill (if you go anytime after 4?) to get outside to the catwalks.

3 & 4) take the elavator to the same floor that the californoan grill is on and just walk outside you do not have to walk through the Crowded restaurant it has a door directly to the outside. on the terrace you can either face Mk or Bay Lake. You can actually take a drink out onto the observation deck. The veiw of the fireworkd from MK is fantastic.

Nope its the 11th Floor, The 12th Floor is the Private Tower Club floor(I stayed there last month!!!!!)

3 and 4) What's weird is the 2 lookouts are not connected and to look at the MK, you have to take a separate door outside from the California Grill than to look out at Bay Lake.

yea, you can go to the 11th i believe to go outside to watch the mk. We were on 12 or 14 or so and had an amazing view of the fireworks! just be sure to keep the door from closing! If you face the lake out back be sure to watch out for the light show on certain nights after or almost after the mk fireworks. Its kinda cool how far back the fireworks are from the place. youll see what im talking about...lol. i just wish i could put video onto my puter to show yous guys everything. maybe ill use my digital camera to transfer the fireworks to the pc. (take movies of the movie..lol)
