Contacting a Cast Member

I would like to send a personal letter of appreciation to a cast member I met with on my recent cruise. Does anyone know how can I go about doing that?:kiss:

I don't know that you can write a letter directly to the CM, however if you write to Disney they will make sure he gets a copy of the letter. It's also nice that way because not only do they get the appreciation from YOU, but they get recognition from the company.

Unfortunately I don't know how to send a letter to DCL.

Get in touch with any disney operator (even if you have to call the reservation or dining line), and ask them for the Guest Communications email address.
