I am not sure if this can be anwsered but if i wanted to write a letter so someone "higher up" such as Jim Macphee, do you know where i would adress it, either e-mail or postal? thanks

While it's probably more effective to send something to Erin Wallace than Jim Macphee, anyone like that can be reached at:

Is it an operational issue from a recent visit to epcot? Remember, Jim is an operations VP, which means he deals primarily with the day-to-day operations, not the attractions chosen, marketing, ect ect. YES, he gets to sit in and have an opinion on those things at times, but he's not the decision maker.

In short, if you had a bad experience at Epcot and want to share it, send it to him. For anything else, send it to Erin and/or Guest Communications (now Guest Correspondence)
