Ok so i'm thinking of applying as a UK applicant for the Cultural Representative Program and i'm a little confused about the age for applying, the website says you must be 18 to apply but numerous people have told me that you can apply before you turn 18 but must be 18 when your program starts, so i'm not sure who to believe, does anyone know who's right?
