confirmation email?

Are you doing your reservations online or via telephone?

I seem to recall that years ago when I made reservations via telephone, I did not receive an email confirmation. But I'm talking about nearly 10 years ago. Things may have changed since then.

i've already check in my spam and inform disney but they keep saying that they already send it twice. we had some complication because we had to leave disney earlier than expect because of the hurricane. so we plan on going back next year so they credit us back some thing that we had left in our package with a reference number that doesnt show on disney experience. we asked for a confirmation email just in case we arrive there next year and they say they didnt hear anything about that.

Unless you are only using a simple web mail system you also need to check the spam filters on your service provider. I use Outlook on my pc so there is a spam filter both in Outlook and the service provider.
