I believe access to the area is controlled by your keycard, so any concierge guest can use the hot tub in the Concierge area.

I can only look over the glass panels while relaxing in the Satellite Falls pool area and wonder what it's like in there...Correct. On the Dream, in the Concierge Lounge there are stairs to the sundeck where the hot tub is.

Other than the covered pod style loungers, it's really nothing THAT special. Just a LOT quieter.
Depending on your cruise, Satellite Falls can also be rather quiet. It's honestly one of the best places on the Dream/Fantasy when it is.
Yep. People who have consumed a few too many and being asked every 5 minutes if you need a drink by the bar staff are the only distractions. As it's in the adults only area, yes, it would be.

I can imagine myself sitting in that pool right now...
I think the Magic and Wonder have an adults area, but I don't think it's Satellite Falls-quality, more like a quiet area with a small pool and a couple of hot tubs. I'm on the Magic for the first time next fall and was on the Wonder only once, in 2002, so my memory of that area is mostly faded.Does the Magic have a Satellite Falls? I'll be sailing on that ship - 1st time on it - in September.
Frankly, I'd rather be on a DCL ship than in a park.
Nope.Does the Magic have a Satellite Falls?
