Hi guys, a bad thread I know, but wondered if anyone could help? Have just returned from an amazing trip to Florida with a couple of purchases from the parks. Have only had them for 3 days and there are problems already! We bought a lovely Minnie case for our daughter and before we even got to the airport Minnie had almost fully peeled off the front! We were obviously already at the airport on our way back to England as so could do nothing about it! As we paid 40 dollars it wasn't particularly cheap and we expect better! I was just wondering if anybody knew or where I could send a complaint? I really don't want to, but didn't expect that to happen so soon! Thanks for the help guys.

I'd say bring it to your local Disney store with the receipt but since you are going back to England I don't know if you have them there. The next bet is to call the Disney store 1-800 # and tell them the situation, you might have to mail it back with the receipt but I'm not sure. See what they say.
