Complaining about a castmember.

That is correct. I am sorry you had a bad Cast Member experience.

It really wasn't anything above and beyond the call of duty.
We asked to sit in the front and he was gracious about it.
He was talkative and friendly. When he found out we were from Kansas, he asked, "Jayhawks (U of Kansas) or Wildcats (Kansas State)?" When another family joined us from Michigan, all talk turned to the Tigers.
Even though I couldn't care less about sports, I was impressed that he took the time to learn something about local teams.
He also did some Disney trivia, such as, "Why are there 2 Chips?" (there are, you know, Dale's partner in crime and Mrs. Potts' son). He also named all the mice at WDW. Mickey isn't the only one, you know. And the popular question this trip (Doug asked it as well as Mickey at 50's Prime Time) was to name the Disney movies with one-word titles.
It was just a fun little trip on the monorail.
Pilot Doug was friendly, helpful, and really seemed to be enjoying what he was doing. You can't fake that.

Thanks so much for the email address. I just sent a letter of praise to them in regards to a cast member who was taking guest surveys at DAK the other day. He just had a great attitude and rememberd my Fiance's name on the way out of the park five hours later.
