Comfort Inn Maingate West

My boyfriend and I will be heading down to Orlando for a weeklong trip to MGM, Sea World, and Universal (without the kids!!) on June 23. We're staying at the Comfort Inn Maingate West, which we got for $45/night through Expedia. Woo hoo!

Anyway, just wondering if anyone has ever stayed there and what your experience was like. From the pictures I've seen so far, it looks pretty nice. Are there any smaller attractions near there, such as mini-golf or dinner shows, as we have 2 free days that won't be spent at theme parks?

We stayed there in May 2004 and it was a nice hotel, small pool but we never used it anyway. Place was clean with no frills, and they did have a micro and refridge in each room for no extra charge. Quiet too, though it is on a main road it was never noisey and we did not hear loud guests at night either and we were there over a weekend....
