Columbia Harbor House - Table Service Credit

I was at WDW last week.
I noticed with the new Columbia Harbor House menu, there was a not at the bottom of the sign pointing guests to the ordering station.

It read:

"table service entielements can also be redeemed at Columbia Harbor House"

Did anyone else see this?

You can almost always downgrade a TS credit into a CS credit (they just don't go the other way). Also, I guess it is reminder for those on the DxDP that they basically get 3 meal credits a day and they don't have to be used on TS meals.

While I haven't specifically ever seen a sign saying that, it makes sense, as it's currently the Free Dining period, and there are often Guests who didn't plan ahead and have Table Service credits they can't use.
