Color change

Hello there!
I was wondering if anyone knew how to change colors on an image? Like change Darth vader from Black to white or any other color!Is there a program that will do this? Thanks in advance!

Can't you just use the fill tool in a photo editingnprogram?

Or invert?

Put the picture up.

I tried to invert with MS paint,but it just looked like a negative LOL! and I have several pictures I want to change!
but here`s one!
