College student needs advise...

I'm currently a high school senior and will be enrolling in college for the fall 2013 semester. I'm interested in pursuing a career with Disney after I graduate and working my way up the ladder into leadership positions. I have been accepted to the University of Central Florida (and I have a scholarship!), College of Charleston in South Carolina, and a small private school in Maryland with an excellent business administration program (which I also have a scholarship for and which would be the cheapest of the three). If I go to UCF, I will enroll in the Hospitality Management program. If I enroll at Charleston, I will do Business Administration with a concentration in hospitality. If I do the MD school, I will do plain old Business administration. I'd like any advise anyone could give me if you work for Disney. What degree program is best? I plan on doing the college program unless I go to UCF, in which case I would merely intern through the college's program. I have an advanced knowledge of Walt Disney World (knowing more than most Cast Members about the parks) and would like to turn my passion into a career. También, soy biligual en español e inglés. Any thoughts? Which degree program is best? What do I need to do to make my plans come true?

To be quite honest, any of those will get you a career with Disney, most especially Hospitality Management. Consider which of the three you would enjoy the most, and go for it. If you already love it, then working for Disney will just be the icing on the cake.

I'd just like to hightlight for you that when you start your program/employment, there is a link on the Disney Hub site for tuition help. Basically, if you are going to school while working for Disney, and pursuing a degree that would be applicable to the company, such as any of the ones you listed above, Disney will pay your tuition for up to $700 a class. I don't remember all the requirements, but I know as part of the agreement, you have to work for Disney for a period after you graduate, which shouldn't be a problem for you since you are planning on it anyway. Just something to keep in mind...
