College Program and Financial Aid

I tried talking to my school about this, but so far everyone is clueless. I go to Collin County Community College (near Dallas, TX). Anyway, right now I've been getting grants/loans for each semester. I'm already approved for money for the Spring semester, but I'm planning to try and get into the College Program for Spring '08 (I get to talk to them Oct 1st). On the FAQ I read that sometimes you can keep your aid (as long as you take the right amount of classes at WDW) and sometimes you can't. It said talk to your school, but the school says talk to Disney. So I'm curious - have any of you that have been on the program been allowed to get your money anyway ? I ask because it would REALLY help on living expenses there since I won't be earning a whole lot.

what you need to do is look at the actual financial aid that you've been receiving and all of the rules/regulations that go with it. Is it financial aid actually from your school, or from an outside source?? I had an academic scholarship that was actually through my university, and they allowed me to defer it for a semester, but I didn't actually get any of that money while I was gone...

Pell Grant you can keep provided your school keeps your status with the Federal Clearing House as "Enrolled full time". However, keep in mind that you only get so many Pell grants.

Yea, I'm dreading going in to talk to my advisors about the CP. When I mentioned it to them at the beginning of this semester they were so lost. All I know is if I get my acceptance letter, I'M GOING. I don't care what they say. lol
