Cocktail lounge in MIB during HHN???

Ok, so in MIB, where Bleak and Bob are working the computers, there was a bar set up and some extra tables during HHN. No people, and it was gone the next morning. How do you get to party in MIB!?!?!?!?

They had the tour which does not have a bar so I would guess it was a corporate event. They can be very accommodating for a price.
