Hey all. I'm currently looking to move down to the Orlando area by January 2012. Id LOVE to work at WDW. Is there any advice for getting a job a full time CM job? Im willing to work whatever hours.

Plan on being part time or seasonal before full time. That's the path that most hourly CM's seem to take. Also, seriously reconsider moving to Orlando if your only source of income is the hope of landing a CM job.
I have other options I'm looking at. I just need a change of scenery to be honest. I wouldnt move unless I had a job.

Agreed...try and get a part-time/seasonal position so you can say you work for Disney but have another job to make some real money. Because with Disney, you're not going to make much.
