CM and Face Character

Are any CM's out there also face characters? Is this something that people do? It seems that you're able to be a face character if you're a CM but I don't know if it's difficult or anything. If anyone has ever done this or known someone that's done this I'd love to hear from you, thank you.

Can an attractions ops host also double as a face character?

Once you are in a department, you don't switch between the two unless you are picking up a shift. But in order to pick up a shift for attractions, you would need to be trained for it, and to be trained in it, you would need to be hired for the job.

Are there positions that are easy to pick up? Example say someone wants to make extra $$ but was hired into an office role. Can this person pick up a shift as a greeter or something of the sorts?

PAC (Parade Audience Control) shifts are always available via the Extra Hours Hotline (EHH) and anyone can pickup these shifts as they are untrained.

No.

You can get hired into attractions, then after you're trained in an attraction or two audition for entertainment, and if you're selected and hired, you can then go back and pick up extra hours back at the attractions you were already trained in.
