My hubby and I just went there not too long ago. It was great fun! But it's not NECESSARILY where all the celebrities go. We got a tour and a history lesson from a waiter there. The celebries must be associated with Disney or with a company Disney is affiliated with (or sponsored by) OR they have to have thier own membership (which runs $10,000/year). He even mentioned that Demi more tried to make reservations on more than 1 occasion, and was turned down (nicely).

Interesting bit of trivia - Club 33 is at #33 Royal Street, and is one of just a few doors at Disneyland that are numbered. In fact, all of the numbered doors are around Club 33.

Why?

Because in the State of California, you have to have a street address to get a liquor license. Walt wanted to be able to serve liquor in Club 33, but not have the loophole of allowing it in the rest of the park by using the address of Disneyland's maingate. So, the street was named, the Club was numbered giving it its own street address, and the license was gotten just for the restaurant at that specific location.

I don't hear anyone talking about the elevator, is it still working? I remember opening the front door and there would be an elevator right there.
