Club 33 help

Hiya, Is anyone here a Club 33 member, I am just wanting some advice, I would love to go Club 33, how does it work how do you become a member? or can you purchase a pass from someone else who is a member etc... if so how?
If anyone could advise I would be really greatful, thank you! =)
