Im probably in the wrong area and if i am then excuse me but i need to know what colleges are around the Disney area the would have eather an architectural or engineering program, or both. I plan on trying to be in the disney college program in a few years so i want to start planning early.

For an Architecture program you'd want to go to an NAAB accredited school.
The three programs which are accredited in Florida are:
Florida A & M University
Florida Atlantic University
University of Miami
If you go to a non-accredited school you may have issues getting licensed (depending on your state) and many states are now requiring a Masters degree if you have a pre-professional (non accredited four year) degree. States which do not require an accredited degree typically require an extended internship before licensure. The Bachelor of Architecture degree is a five year program.
The following schools offer Masters in Architecture degrees. If the school is not listed above it likely offers non-accredited (four year) degrees as well.

University of Miami
