I am visiting Orlando late March early April 2003. My friend has told me that there is a chance that some of the attractions and water parks may be closed for rehab as it is not a peak time of year. Is my friend right because I dont want to be disappointed
This is very true, but you may also be there when Mission:Space is opened. So you may miss somethings but get something HUGE instead.
Just call ahead before you leave to find out which attractions will be closed.
Usually they'll close only one water park at a time so that the other is still open. By that time of year they're usually open though. They like to do maintainance on the water parks more during the winter months...usually January. As for any major attractions being down for rehab I wouldn't worry. There's a chance something won't be open at any time of the year really. So I wouldn't worry at all...and trust me even if there are attractions closed there are pleanty of others to see. Disapointed is something you wont be...not on any trip to Disney.
