Does WDW run any transport to other parks? such as discovery cove or UNIVERSAL?

Or do you have to hire cab?

Unfortunately, they don't. You must either hire a cab or call a transportation service like YOURRIDE in order to get back and forth.

We've just got back from the Dolphin and they had a desk belonging to Mears, a transportation company. They charged us $12 return from WDW to Universal. Taxi was about $45. They even gave us discount ticket for drinks, food and merchandise on the City Walk. We found them reliable and efficient... usually 10-15 minutes late but I'm on vacation so what's 10 minutes between friends.

I do believe that Rabbit charges about $30 round trip. (not per person)
