Clarification, please

Steve, I'm sorry that we all seem to be bothering you with our questions, but its going to take a little time to get used to the new setup. I have very rarely used the "Report to Moderator" option (and I really wanted to tonight)...could you point me in the right direction? I just can't seem to locate it. (its probably right under my nose. ) Thanks.
