Ok, my trip is December 17-22 and I was wondering if the Cirque Du Soleil shows typically sell out or can you purchase tickets at the gate? My reason for this question is that I am not really sure which night we will end up heading over that way and would like to be able to get the tickets at the gate if possible. Also if I am able to get them at the gate will they be higher priced than if I purchased them in advance? Thanks in advance.

I would most definitely recommend purchasing early, especially since you will be going in December. The shows do sell out. When we went last May, not a particularly busy time, we got our tickets online 2 months beforehand. The night we went both shows were sold out. I would recommend talking to your group and setting aside a night to go. It is an amazing show and if you can swing it, you won't be disappointed! Have a good time!

The shows are almost always sold out. You can occasionally get tickets at the door. On the nights they do an early and a late show, You can almost NEVER get tickets for the later night showing if you do not already have them. Cirque is an international phenomenon - and as it does not rely on understanding English, its an attraction that all of the international tour groups book in addition to the parks. Get your tickets as early as possible. I was just looking at the website for tickets in September, completely off-peak, and almost all of the shows are close to sold out with tickets available only in the rear and the sides

I know this is a bit off topic, but I was wondering if they use strobe lights at any time during the show. My DD and I are going in September and she would love to go to Cirque, however, I have epilepsy and strobe lights can cause a seizure. I've never been to Cirque myself, but did go to a similar Cirque type show in Vegas. I asked about the strobe lights and was assured that they weren't used, but of course they were. Long story short I spent the majority of the show with my eyes covered and head under the table.

If I spend the $$ for Cirque, I sure don't want to do that again.
