Cirque Ticket Sales for 7/30 (system issue)

I saw this mentioned tonight on the portal. Anyone with any inside info as to what the system issue was I would like to know! Was it an upgrade or did Windows crash ?

Due to a systems issue, the Cirque de Soleil ticket selling options for most locationswill be disabled for the remainder of July 30. Locations that are unable to sell tickets at this time include Resort Guest Services, Disney Reservation Center, and Theme Park Guest Relations.

Guests wishing to purchase, pick up, or inquire about available tickets for tonight's shows need to visit the Cirque du Soleil box office in person at Downtown Disney West Side.

Tomorrow morning (July 31) the ticketing sales functions for Cirque should be back to normal.

Sometimes when there is an ATS issue at another park or location, most or all the other locations will go into "offline" mode (basically, the separate locations will not communicate with eath other) Certain tickets like Cirque, APs, water park tickets, etc, cannot be purchased without having a major problem unless they're purchased from their home location (Cirque from the box office, water park from the main entrance). This might be what happened.
