Do i have to buy tickets for Cirque du Solei in advance or are there enough seats available some days prior to choosen show.
I stay at WDW from 09/29 to 10/10 so i can buy tickets there for a show about one week later.

Best wishes from germany

I think I would buy the tickets in advance if there are specific seats you want for the show. The last time I saw Cirque there were some empty seats in the theatre. I'm not sure if they weren't sold or some people just didn't show up.

Its a great show by the way.

if i were you, i'd try to buy them in advance just to be safe! when my dad and i saw it a few years ago, we bought them as soon as we got to Downtown Disney which was a few days before we saw it...and we got 1st row. which, by the way, was really cool if you like the action right in front of you, but it was difficult to see some of the acts. my recommendation is to try to get a seat that's back a ways from the stage, and, of course, in the middle of the theater (if you get what i'm saying) cuz if you get the very first row, you'll be eye level with the stage. but back to your question....buy tickets either as soon as you get to Disney, or over the phone (which, i'm not sure if they do over the phone stuff) you should be able to get a seat, no problem! and they do advice you to get to the theater at least 30 min prior to show time.
i take it this will be your first time seeing La Nouba? if so, it's a magnificent show! definately my favorite Cirque production! have a great time seeing it!

I would say dont worry about it until a few nights prior. i have never had a problem with booking it.

Also, best seats are the first row of the upper serction.

have fun, its a great show!

Yup, you can book over the phone from your room. Or call Cirque du Soleil directly or go to the box office.

also....

There are some seats on the far sides of the theater that are only avaible from visiting the box office directly.

PS-eat dinner before you go because food is pricy and when you get out it will be late for some to eat dinner (this is of couse if you see an evening performance).

when i was there in 2001, cirque was general admission only, and no priority seating...

also, a tidbit of advice, do not sit in the area where the "orchestra pit" would be... like the closest to the stage. there is an aisle directly behind these seats followed by the HUGE seating area. sit right on the other side of the aisle in the huge seating area... much better IMO.
