Hi Folks. Now according to the food blog, the cinnamon roll from " Gaston's Tavern " has a slight twist to it,compared to the Main Street bakery. There is a maple syrup connection.I do love cinnamon and also real Canadian maple syrup, but has anyone out there had one yet,and if so,how does it compare to the bakeries.?:)

Crap, now I have to get one this weekend. I wonder what the calorie count of a pork shank AND cinnamon roll is. I know! I'll have a diet coke and that will make it better!:)
You got it worked out dude. I remember standing behind a large woman at a QS and she ordered a double cheeseburger with extra bacon and to keep the calories down,a coke light.Aye,that'll do the trick.

I do that too, not for the calories but for the taste, "fat" coke/pepsi is just too sweet for me. On another note I am a maple sugar junkie, and have yet another thing to try next trip.

I had one of the cinnamon rolls on 12/5 and I commented to my friend that it did taste slightly different than the ones on Main Street, although I couldn't figure out why. Looking back at the photo, it looks like there could be some maple mixed in so maybe that explains the difference. Either way, it tasted great!

sorry folks, its identical to what is served at main street bakery. that is a maple smear you see underneath the icing drizzled over the top. in fact the cinnamon buns are brought over from the main street bakery each day. :)

Thank you Master Yoda, Maple Sugar candy is a great favorite of mine. I believe they sell in the Canadian pavillion as well as many store here in New England.

Have you been to a sugar on snow? I am assuming you have. Maple syrup, snow, and a pickle! Who knew it could be so good.
