What on earth do you have to do to be able to book a meal here ?
I rang up yesterday (60 days before my preferred date) at just before midday (7.00am Eastern Time) and got the pre-recorded message that I was through to reservations. Some 20 minutes of pre-recorded music later a human voice spoke and I discovered that there were no places left. No problem - I'll ring tomorrow.
So at 90 seconds before midday today I rang again. First time the pre-recorded message told me that the offices were shut. I hung up and pressed redial IMMEDIATELY - this time the message informed me that I was through. GREAT, I thought. After less than 10 minutes of listening to Beauty And The Beast a human voice spoke to me "Cinderellas Castle - Character breakfast please" I ordered down the phone.
"Sorry, I don't have an opening for that date"
