Has anyone heard any news on the new Cinderellabration show opening at the Magic Kingdom. I know the show is supposed to open in May, but as of mid-July casting had not begun as well as show prep. Since I haven't been able to make it down there I was just wondering if anyone had any news?? Thanks

I am sure casting for the show will not be till later this year or early next year. I know the castle hub area will be getting a new look to accomidate the show, those are the only things that I know about it right now.

I recently met a performer from the version in Tokyo, and the MK version will be slightly different, and will begin sometime late Spring or early Summer of 2005.

Rehab of the Castle Stage area and hub redesign will begin after the New Year. At least thats what I have heard.

Since a new castle show is coming, I'm wondering...

When will "Cinderella's Surprise Celebration" have its final performances?

And will they still have character meet-and-greets in the Hub after the current castle show ends its run?

I read elsewhere that Cinderellabration is a night time show, so aparently Surprise Celebration will continue to run throgh the day. I can't back this up with facts, but it seems to make sense.

I dont know if CSC will continue to go after the new nighttime castle show will come in. Maybe there will be a new show for the day, no one knows for sure yet.

Also, the characters have rain location set in case it does rain when they are meeting their guest at the castle hub, I am sure they will go to those locations around the park. But like I said no one knows for sure yet.

I talked to a friend of mine who is cast in CSC and she told me that as far as she knows, the show is not going anywhere. I just actually talked to her today and she said that as of this next bid, she is Cast at the show. I wouldn't worry too much yet...I hope it doesn't go anywhere since I LOVE the show!

I'm teetering on the brink of another green square - I'm sure the negative rep person will be happy to know it's their contribution that has kept me two points short

A reason for the neg points would have been nice.

If you become a premium member, you can see who left the rep, and "return the favor" if need be.

I tried to rep you, but I have to spread it around first.

A new show at night in front of the castle will be an excellent finishing touch, not that it can get much better, but imagine a night of Cindrellabration, SpectroMagic and Wishes!! Life doesn't get much better (well maybe you could eat a turkey leg while watching!)

I want to know how they are going to do all 3 in one night. I guess during the summer with late hours they could, but in the offseason they probably will either do Cinderellabration or SpectroMagic in one night and not both.
