Cinderella´s Royal Table Dinner - Characters Hours

Hello!, I have a simple question: if I go to the castle for the dinner after 6pm., is some character going to be there?
Since in the official web page, says that the hours for the dinner with characters are between 3.50pm-6pm hs, I am a bit confused.

We have done dinner there a few times. We try to time it late in the day so we are still at our table while the fireworks go off. We actually planned it so late one time that we were able to see the "kiss good night" as we left the castle.

That late, Cindy does a meet and greet and you get your picture taken with her. The picture is part of the package. There are no characters that visit the tables, but Fairy godmother, Gus and Jaq do an interactive show during the meal. I am not sure how often they come out. I do not remember seeing them twice during a meal.
