The last halloween party is the 1st and the 1st Christmas party is on the 8th. They should decorate the MK sometime that week. The only thing that should be missing is the big tree when the setup christmas stuff. During the 15 days more and more stuff will pop up overnight.

The parks will be decorated during your holiday. Regarding temperatures we go in November and we have all sorts of weather but we always manage blizzard beach at some point. All down to global warming. Last year it was lovely and warm.

Two years ago we arrived on the 10th and the parks were decorated except for the tree on Main Street. The Osborne Spectacle of Lights opened the day we arrived. The hotels weren't decorated yet though. You'll see plenty of decorations while you are there. The weather averages about mid 50's in the morning to about 75 in the afternoon. In celsius that should be about 14 in the morning to about 25 in the afternoon. I don't have a calculator to do the math. For us Floridians, that's cold.

There is a greater chance that Blizzard Beach will be closed due to the growing amount of sea ice this year than global warming.
