Christmas Sleigh Rides

We will be taking in the sites this Christmas and we were informed by Kingdom Consultants (great group of people...highly recommend) that sleigh rides are available at the Wilderness lodge. Has anybody gone. It sounds like it can be a nice ride around the resort (one we have not visited yet).

Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think they have them @ Wilderness Lodge, but they are available at Fort Wilderness.

They are as NonnaT pointed out over in Ft Wilderness at The Settlement. They start off and conclude across the path from the entrance to Trails End. They are quite nice to take (even if it's a horse drawn carriage dressed up to look light one...no too much snow in central Florida ) and will take you around through where the guests have all their Christmas lights set up.

The sleigh ride is $79. You can call 407-WDW-PLAY to make reservations. You cannot make them online. It is an awesome experience. My wife and I do it every year. We make a date night of the HDD and then the sleigh ride. The campsites are in some cases beautiful, some cases extreme, and in some cases beautifully extreme. A fantastic time.

No - per sleigh ride. The sleigh hold up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids. If you are pray of 2, the sleigh is all yours. They will not pair you up with anyone else.
