Christmas planning dilemma ...

We have plans to do Hollywood Studios on Christmas Eve & Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day (Yes i know we're mad!).
The wife & daughter wanted breakfast on Christmas Day at Cinderellas ... however this didn't happen (instantly sold out) but i managed to get it for Christmas Eve instead, and then Chef Mickeys for breakfast on Christmas Day. So already a small change of planning given we now have to go to Magic Kingdom for breakfast and then get across to Hollywood Studios.
We're staying in a villa for the majority of the holiday but i decided to book Christmas Eve at All-Stars Music as i got it relatively cheap (also benefiting from free magic bands & parking)
My problem now working all of this out, check-in at the ASM isn't till 4pm - can i go there really early and collect the magic bands? Breakfast at Cinderellas is 8:35am, i don't know whether to park up at ASM and bus it to Magic Kingdom or go to ASM to collect magic bands then drive to the TTC and monorail to Magic Kingdom but then we need to get across to Hollywood Studios after breakfast.
Initially my plans for Christmas Day were to valet park at the Contemporary and walk or monorail across to Magic Kingdom after breakfast, now we're onsite and get the parking included can i park in the Contemporary free or is the onsite parking only valid for the resort you're staying in? If so should we get a resort bus from ASM to TTC then monorail to Contemporary? breakfast at Chef Mickeys is 7:35

WOW - What a complicated Christmas !!

Try and help -
1) Although check-in isn't until 4pm at ASM, I can't see a problem with collecting your wrist band before then. Or, what about purchasing wrist bands in advance and putting your tickets onto your MDE account and avoiding any disappointment at ASM ?
2) Christmas Eve Transportation - easiest would be to park at ASM and bus it to MK / TTC (your car and your luggage is safe in your Resort car park and not the TTC public car park). Then bus MK - DHS and back to ASM at night
3) Christmas Day Transportation - you can drive to the Contemporary and park up while you have breakfast at CM. I don't think that they'll let you park there all day as you're not a guest in that Resort. The included parking is free at any of the parks and your own Resort

Relax.
You can check in to ASM as early as you like ~ the 4 pm time is when rooms are available for new guests, although rooms can be ready earlier than that. You can pick up your MagicBands (if you live in the US and you customize them on MDE they will be sent to your home) and then take the bus to MK. (As @CAPTAIN HOOK said your car is fine in the ASM lot.) During the very busy Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, it is better (and easier) to use Disney transport rather than your own car, since the parking lots may get full and close.
When you are done with breakfast at Cinderella's, you can catch a direct bus to the Studios from the MK bus depot (not the TTC anymore. ) When you are done at the Studios, take the bus back to ASM.
On Christmas Day, the buses will start running VERY early, since MK opens at 7 am. Take the bus from ASM to MK and then walk to the Contemporary, you should have no trouble making a 7:35 ADR. If you would rather drive and park at the Contemporary, as long as you pay to valet, your car can remain in the valet lot all day. If you self park, you are limited to a couple hours and then risk being towed.

Thanks for the replies, makes things a bit clearer now. I'm in the UK so i believe the Magic Bands have to be delivered to the hotel. Will the days remaining on our tickets be transferred to the Magic Bands automatically once they're ordered through MDE?

Yes. But have the CM at ASM check your bands for you to double check.

Sounds like a great Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning. We are checking into ASM on Christmas day and staying through to the 2nd of January. Really looking forward to the holiday season in WDW.
