Christmas Parade

I went and saw the Christmas parade at Magic Kingdom yesterdday, if you ask me very boring, they need to come up with something else, what do you think about this:wave:

I haven't seen it yet, but only a few more days until that changes.

Are you all mad! The parade is the best part of the celebration. You all must not like christmas then cause that parade covers every part of it.

It's a classic, that has yet to be messed it. Quit complaining before they see this thread and ruin the parade... or just get rid of it

That parade has been going since Walt's Era. There is no need it needs to be changed or removed.

Actually, this year is the last year for several of the units (like the Showboat dancers) in the parade. Next year's parade will be brand new for the most part.

You're all nuts....did you see a different christmas parade than I did? That was hands down the best parade I've ever seen. Can't wait to tape it off tv tomorrow since most of my pics didn't come out too well.

The Christmas parade is one of the most, if not THE most beautiful parade WDW has. Some people REALLY love complainng. I particularly love the Snow White float, I think it's very creative how and she and Prince Charming skate around on it!

Was this the same parade that was broadcast on tv yesterday?

If it was, i would liked to have seen more of the parade. I felt the tv coverage was a bit lacking. Plus the annoucers and commentators spent too much time in front of the cameras and too much time talking about themselves.

Parts of it were the same such as all of the Christmas units. Other parts were added such as Festival of the Lion King, the production number with the Princesses, Tapestry of Dreams, and the marching bands.

I can't believe I just read those posts about the Christmas Parade!!!! What could you have been looking at? It was gorgeous as usual. I'll bet the people that were standing around you didn't even notice that the "Grinch" was watching the parade with them. Oh well, again beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

NOT I think the Christmas Parade is one of the most beautiful parades ever. For many of us, it conjures up images of the Wonderful World of Disney that we used to watch as children ourselves. I hope Disney doesn't change much about this parade cause it has all the magic that one would expect!
