I'm just wondering if anybody knows what date or has any idea what date the switch from Halloween decorations to Christmas decorations will be happening this year? Seeing as filming for the Christmas special starts on the 7th of November. Thanks

I would assume the day after the last halloween party or hallowed itself.

If they're filming the Christmas Parade on November 7, you can guarantee that MK will at least have their stuff up, especially since the first Christmas Party is on the 9th. The rest of the official Christmas stuff doesn't start until the Friday after Thanksgiving, so expect the other parks to have their decorations all up by then. The first Candlelight Processional at Epcot is on Thanksgiving.

In the past, they totally transform the park overnight between Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.
Thank you we leave to go home on the 4th November
so fingers crossed we will catch the decorations before we leave.

This was Nov 4th last year. The day before the tree wasn’t up but the other decorations were. And this was with a Halloween party on nov 1st.Thank you we leave to go home on the 4th November

Hollywood Studios has the stars on sunset blvd up already and i've seen garland a couple of places hung already.
