So I used the search function to try to find out when the Christmas decorations are fully up all over the parks and resorts and there were all sorts of threads and all sorted differing answers.

Some say right after Halloween. Some say right after Thanksgiving. Some say other things.

Does anyone know for sure?

Thanks in advance. :)

Pretty sure that's it's an ongoing process between those two dates. They start going up right after Halloween and are completed by Thanksgiving.

Well that would make sense and would explain the broad spectrum of different answers. Thanks!

They start working on the castle really early. One night I was laying in bed at BLT looking over at the castle and all of a sudden it lit up for Christmas. This was in October. DVC points per night at BLT with a MK view are really high during peak times and so when I saw the Christmas castle for the cheapest of our DVC rate I really just had to laugh. It's beautiful though.

The Halloween decorations start coming down on 11/01 (the last MNSSHP is on 10/31) and the Christmas decorations will be up by 11/06 (the first MVMCP is on 11/07). A well planned trip will get to see both sets of decorations.

I've been to WDW once in early December and I got to say I was not impressed with the Christmas Décor at Epcot. I thought it would be more then it was. Some countries decorated and some did not.

That's because not all countries celebrate Christmas ;) Morocco (Muslim), China (Buddhist) and Japan (Shinto/Buddhist) do not celebrate or acknowledge Christmas in the same way Christian/Western or what not countries do.

I understand that, but the lack of it in Future World and Norway, England, Mexico were not really Decorated. France and Germany had the most. I think France had a Father Christmas or Poppa Noel walking around. It just Surprised me. Other then the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios the other parks had very little. I did like going to other hotels and seeing how they were decorated. GF was amazing!
