Christmas decorations in EPCOT - mid-November?

Hi everyone! Quick question. I know that Candlelight Processional and Holidays Around the World activities don't begin until after Thanksgiving (or around there), but will the worlds in EPCOT be decorated before that time? We're headed down mid-Nov. and I know MK will be decorated and MVMCP will be going, but was curious about decorations in EPCOT...

Epcot is usually the last park to get made over. We went last year same time, mid Nov, and all the other parks had their Xmas decorations up expect Epcot.
