Hey Howdy Hey!
We're trying to plan a trip in early January but were wondering when they will take down the Christmas Decorations. We were hoping to plan our trip so that we could see them. It's been years since we've been able to make it to the park during this time of year.

It is a staggered removal. Anything in particular you are wanting to see?

MK should be up through Marathon Weekend and DHS should have the Osborne Lights ending listed somewhere.

And it can vary wildly from year to year. One year reportedly due to the extreme cold, most of the Christmas decor stayed up until mid-late January. Otherwise expect it to start coming down first week of January or so. As @PhotoDave219 indicated, anything past Marathon Weekend will really start to thin out. Having done the marathon several times, I've finished up the trip with most decorations still up, and I've run through parks on Sunday that were fully decorated, but were completely empty on Monday. If you must go in Jan, go as close to NYE as possible to increase your odds.
