Christmas Day Dining?

Right now we have reservations for Christmas dinner at Bistro de Paris. However, on Disney's website under Christmas dining, they only have a few choices under "Christmas Day". Are these just the restaurants that are offering special menus? I just need to make sure that my reservations are good.
