Christmas at the resorts beyond the decorations

We love resort hopping in Disney during the holidays! We have seen gingerbread houses, trees and carousels; Christmas trees and any number of poinsettias. Are we missing anything? Do the characters come ot to the resorts?

I have seen Mickey & Minnie at the Grand Floridian, Donald at Coronado, and stitch at Animal Kingdom Lodge in Christmas attire. It seems to be random no schedule.

I thought M + M showed up at GF! We must have just missed them before. Good news on Donald since we will be staying at Coranado Beach.

The characters do make stops at the resorts in the days leading up to Christmas. There is a set schedule to it, KennyThePirate posted it last year on his site, I imagine he will do the same again this year.
