I'm working at my computer listening to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade and reminiscing about WDW during the Holiday Season. Here are my memories...

Snow on Main Street
The huge gingerbreadhouse shop in the Grand Floridian
The way Wilderness Lodge is decorated during the season with all the little white lights on all of the trees in the courtyard. And the beautiful decorations all throughout the resort.
Candy Apples at POR
Sitting on the curb on the center hub near Tony's Townsquare watching the christmas parade.
Walking through the MGM backlot looking at all of the beautiful lights

And missing the Jolly Holidays dinner show that used to be at the Contemporary. I really wish that they would bring it back or at least replace it. It was a fantastic show. I love Christmas!

Please tell me yours....

I love the lights at Epcot! Oh and the Country Bears Christmas Show....

I remember the first time that I attended the Candlelight Processional. It was in 1997 and we had just lost my father in July. (he ws supposed to join us on this trip) It was very significant to me listening to those beautiful words....
What a beautiful show!

Speaking of Christmas...I was mowing the lawn a few hours ago...then this breeze came on...I had that Christmassy feel...70 degress! Clear sky! AAAHHH!! Of course, last year, Christmas wasn't too magical like it always was...I had numerous tragedies last year...and of course the larger one. But I think I'm in luck this year...I am already pulling out my WDW Xmas mp3s!

I've had a few non-magical Christmas experiences myself. What do you have on your MP3's? When I get into that Christmas mood, I'll either watch a holiday movie or listen to some good Christmas music. If I am working on the computer, I'll listen to some of my downloaded stuff. I also like ot watch March of the Wooden Soldiers and Home for the Holidays on Thanksgiving. It just puts me in the mood.

Every year at Christmas I have to watch the Walton's Homecoming. I just think it's such a good christmas movie.

Awww.. this is making me miss christmas AND WDW..
Ive never been to WDW on Christmas, or around that time, but we are going for New Years this year:D

When I was about 3, my family took a trip to WDW, and my Dad bought me a Mickey and friends Christmas tape. It had all of the classic christmas carols being sung by Mickey, Minnie, Gooofy, Donald, and the whole gang.. I still whip it out every Christmas while trimming the tree, and just get that magical feeling again..

ahh.. WDW..:)

Have a nice day!!
