You say you want a better company. But you can't AGREE on WHAT FORM that better company should take. You've never known. You don't even care. Your entire identity only revolves around "Eisner and Iger are wrong."
You offer no meaningful alternatives, no viable candidates for replacement, no realistic plans.
So yes, in effect, you DO just want to burn it all down. You've merely deluded yourself into thinking otherwise.
Disney certainly is not just one man, and never has been. Nor was I saying so. But at this moment, the ship needs a captain at the helm. And Iger's the best choice we currently have. Removing him now only leads to instability and brings about the fall you CLAIM you want to avoid.
In short, you are not like Roy and Stan Gold. You're just a band of vandals and anarchists doing nothing but spray painting, lighting fires, and beating people up.
