Chocolate Frog Trading Cards

Just got back. Had a great time at Universal. Trip report is upcoming.
I guess my wording in the first question wasn't exact enough in hind sight.
I was wondering if you could trade the chocolate frog trading cards, similar to how Disney does pin trading, in their parks.
To answer my own question, they do not have any areas where you can trade the wizard cards. I asked at both candy shops and was told no.
