I think Chip N' Dale Rescue Rangers needs a sequel for Disney+, the storyline goes back in early 1990s (1991) Maroon Studios is getting ready to shooting a new Roger Rabbit & Baby Herman short called Beach Blanket Bay starring Roger Rabbit and Baby Herman when the filming shooting was been processing, one of the weasels quickly kidnapping Roger as Baby Herman rushes to calling the Rescue Rangers to help but he is calling but there is no answer because Chip N' Dale Rescue Rangers was been cancelled last two years ago (1990) because Chip N' Dale are been separated since 1990 as Baby Herman was crying alot because Roger Rabbit will never be found forever as Jessica Rabbit tries call Toontown Police to find her husband but no one found him yet, many years later (2024) Chip, Dale, Gadget, Monty, and Zipper on team up with Darkwing Duck and Toon cop, Bonkers to finding a missing Toon: Roger Rabbit, who was been kidnapped by the new weasel gang named the T.O.O.N. Patrol Reboot, who lead by a new mystery Toon villian who was created by inspired Judge Doom. Meanwhile in Los Angeles Police Department, the new Toon police agent Jessica Rabbit with her new partner, Penny Proud who on her missing case on her husband, Roger Rabbit who was been kidnapped by the T.O.O.N. Patrol Reboot, they are team up with the Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck and Bonkers on their rescue mission to find Roger Rabbit in downtown Toontown to help Toons for the clues on the missing Toon. Meanwhile in Los Angeles Zoo, the Rescue Rangers meet with Aviva Corcovado from Wild Kratts (PBS Kids) that she was on her TV interview by Nigel Thornberry as Baby Herman as a TV camera with Kratt Brothers (in their animated themselves) as they told that Roger Rabbit used to help Kratt Brothers to smack some Toon criminals for stealing animals from the zoo back in 1990 during the filming shooting for animals for live action show for the TV channel.
Animal from the Muppets show up as chasing after Aviva as Chip N' Dale pulls a falling anvil on Animal as zoo keepers got him. REBOOT. Aviva talks with Jessica and Penny about the new plans to ways to stop the villian before it's too late. So Chip, Dale, Monty, Gadget, Zipper, Jessica, Aviva, Penny, Darkwing Duck, Bonkers, Bernard and Bianca are off to need Wilbur to flying around to looking for Roger Rabbit as Wilbur take the Rescue Rangers to the abandon Maroon Studios that the weasels are guarding the gates as they will keep out for the Rescue Rangers to rescue Roger Rabbit not until Phineas and Ferb showed up with their new inventions to dip the weasels as the Rescue Rangers sneak into Maroon Studios to finding the new villian's hideout. The Rescue Rangers found that Sweet Pete was been revival by a new villian named D.I.P Master who was telling him about the history of Judge Doom's original plans to dip Toontown into the freeway. Sweet Pete and D.I.P. Master to use Roger Rabbit not to be reboot, but turning him into evil as they will help Roger to making a new DIP to dip Toons as Toontown (which will finally turned into the freeway which Judge Doom originally have his plans) Not until the Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, Bonkers, Jessica, Penny, Aviva, Bernard and Bianca shows up to stop them as Roger Rabbit sees them as he was so happy to be rescued. Meanwhile Benny the Cab rushes to Los Angeles Police Department to send the police cops to arrest D.I.P. Master and Sweet Pete.
Back at abandoned Maroon Studios, Roger Rabbit was been locked with Chip, Dale, Monty, Gadget, Zipper, Jessica, Aviva, Bonkers, Darkwing Duck, Bernard and Bianca as he told the Rescue Rangers that Disney and Amblin were supposed to have Roger Rabbit for his own TV show for Disney Afternoon block but it was cancelled because the issues between Disney and Steven Spielberg, instead Bonkers takes his place. Bonkers was laughing at him because Roger didn't get his own TV show. Roger holds the rope as the anvil drops on Bonkers, Aviva was been laughing alot because she is used to watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit as a little kid before her adventures with her Wild Kratts crew in animal study in the world. to stop D.I.P. Master and Sweet Pete. Darkwing Duck using his karate moves to break out the cells as Sweet Pete and D.I.P. Master alerting the T.O.O.N. Patrol Reboot to stop the Rescue Rangers, and bring Roger Rabbit back. As the Rescue Rangers, Aviva, Jessica, Penny, Bernard, Bianca, Bonkers and Darkwing Duck are in the ACME Gag Warehouse where they saw The T.O.O.N. Patrol Reboot as other weasels are building a giant blimp with carried gallons of DIP with D.I.P. Master and Sweet Pete are having a big evil plan to DIP Toontown into the freeway, as the Toontown police cops and Los Angeles police cops are trying to stop them but the weasels is using the guns to shooting them, as the blimp was already take off to Toontown as the Rescue Rangers call Wilbur to chasing down the blimp after D.I.P Master and Sweet Pete, as in the climax scene battle where the Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, Roger Rabbit and Bonkers to take down D.I.P Master and Sweet Pete, meanwhile Jessica, Gadget, Penny and Aviva were going to take down the T.O.O.N. Patrol Reboot as other weasels as other many Toons are been captured by the weasels as they are been processing to get DIP.
Aviva is using her laptop to creating a creature power suits for Jessica, Gadget and Penny as the Toon girls is using their creature power suits to take down the weasels as Toons was been released and escaping from the weasels as the girls are in the kitchen area as they saw Bjornson the Cheesemonger as he was better than The Swedish Chef as at in no where The Swedish Chef shows up and attacks Bjornson by his Muppet food squad attacking him as the girls are laughing at them as Bugs Bunny came out in the stove as he comments on he is the father of Roger Rabbit in the prequel to Roger Rabbit, but it got cancelled due to Disney/Amblin issues about the Nazis. J.J. Jameson takes alot of pictures of the battle on the blimp with JK Simmons with Captain Putty in his Spider-Man/Venom from Spider-Man 3 prison clothes as Spider-Man shows up and attacks J.J. Jameson for ruining the taking pictures for Spider-Man.

Coyote while he was falling down into the grounds as he was been caught by Toontown Police and Los Angeles police cops as Roger Rabbit using his ACME Reverse Mode Machine turn Sweet Pete back to Peter Pan as return as hero as Neverland Boys, Wendy, Michael and John reunited Peter Pan with Tinker Bell using her powers to shoot fireworks in the skies as Captain Hook and Mr. Smee are crying each other, now DIP Master was been arrested along with the T.O.O.N. Patrol Reboot to the prison as they were sitting next to Lena Hyena as she was about to kissing them, as the men was trying to escape from her. The Rescue Rangers were laughing at them, as Chip N' Dale are getting high fives since early days of Chip N' Dale Rescue Rangers, now Toontown is now safe for good as for Toons too. All other Disney Afternoon characters join the party as celebrating for Chip, Dale, Gadget, Monty and Zipper. As Roger Rabbit and Jessica Rabbit are dancing together along with Peter Pan and Wendy as Baby Herman hugging Roger to be back from been kidnapped by the weasels since 1991 during Disney Afternoon era. Aviva gets called from Kratt Brothers that Zach Varmitech was aheading to Africa to capturing chimpanzees as Koki and Jimmy needs her help now. But Los Angeles Police Department wants Aviva to be Jessica Rabbit's new partner along with Penny Proud to solving crimes as three trio Toon police agents,
Aviva said yes as she will come back after her quick mission with Kratt Brothers to stop Zach Varmitech so she will return as new Toon cop agent to solving crimes and going back with Kratt Brothers each time. Back to the party, Jessica kisses Roger's face as Gadget and Zipper are dancing together as Toons are doing awesome dance as Chip N' Dale are being DJ for the song pickers as the movie ends. The post credits shows some Disney Afternoon characters along with Goofy and Max are playing their golf at the mini golf but Benny the Cab shows up with his friend, Lighting McQueen from Cars, as they saw another agent named Penny from Inspector Gadget along with her partner, Brain who send by Chief Quimby and she told them in there is trouble in video game world as King Candy aka Turbo from Wreck It Ralph is returning from deleted and he constructing whole theme park called Candy World for his evil plans to get rid all video game characters, Penny's uncle, Inspector Gadget is already on the case to stop King Candy's evil plans with his video game partner, Wreck It-Ralph as Goofy and Max are ready to call Rescue Rangers for help as we will see some Disney Afternoon characters along with Penny and Brain to join the mission as the movie ends.
