HKDL : 5 consecutive soldout days during Chinese Lunar New Year
HK Ocean Park: 3 consecutive days with attendance over 40,000
Record breaking day on 1/31/2006(3rd day of Chinese NY)
with attendance at 47,000
The Chairman of HK Ocean Park didn't comment on the recent incident at HKDL but when asked about the crowds at HK Ocean Park, he said they would also stop people from entering the gate. He said 47,000 would be the max capacity for HK Ocean Park and HK Ocean Park has its own policy and plan for crowd management. They would give free-drinks, free snacks to waiting guests outside the park as well as using a softer tone to ask them to wait patiently or send OP characters for photo taking with waiting guests........
