Childrens Activities at Deluxe Resorts

We have stayed at all of the deluxe resorts except the Grand Floridian or Wilderness Lodge. I am just wondering what FREE (I am not referring to places like the Neverland Club or Sandcastle Club) childrens activities there resorts have if any. For example at the Polynesian they have movies, arts and crafts, pool games, arcade challenge, hula lessons and torch lighting. At the AKL we heard the storyteller. Last month at the Yand B Club they offered nothing for the kids. Are all deluxe resorts suppose to offer childrens activities. Does anyone know whats at the Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge or Grand Floridian. Looks like unless I get some good answers it will probably be the POLYNESIAN again too. Thanks.

We've stayed at the The Boardwalk Inn for a week with 5 yr. twins and there were no free activities for kids. The Contemporary, as well, didn't have any free activites. Our next trip is to The Wilderness Lodge in Nov. and I read that they have storytelling and organized pool games. I've never stayed at the Polynesian but next year I'm going to try it. By the way, I live on LI also!

The Contemporary resort has a childrens lounge on the 1st floor where they show Disney movies continuously.

They also have a huge playground outside.

The childrens lounge at the Contemporary is a part of the lobby at the entrance to the snack bar. All the resorts have kids areas in the lobby to watch movies as well as playgrounds.

Dolphin/Swan? Character Visits

What are the age ranges on these clubhouses? My daughter loved them yet she is 13 now. Maybe it's time for the sprint boats.
I'll even take to her PI for disco. We are staying at the Dolphin and grateful for any info. 1/15-1/24. Keep the info coming folks.

Oh how we wish we lived in Dallas again like you, just watched the Yankees in 3 games at the Arlington Ballpark and got our fix of Lubys, Colters etc. Seriously 2 of our kids are 12 and 14. Water sprites are fun as long as its not freezing in Jan. We have been there in Feb, it was cool. How about Disney Quest if the weather is bad or maybe Planet Hollywood at DTD. My kids always want action. We did the fishing trip once for bass and they did the horseback riding. They will oly let the horses trot in a slow controlled line. My kids complained it was boring and not fun but its a possibility to spend some time. The club are only up to 12 years old. Sorry. Also you will be very close to the Boardwalk so check it out.
