Nice. I love that restaurant too. Best crabcake ever and the scallops over risotto, amazing! I'll keep this dinner in mind, sounds nice!

Just did the Chef's Tasting on Thurs. 3/3 and Wow what a treat! As soon as I get my son to show me how to get the pics up I will post them. This is a must do for sure!

I did this in January on a solo night before the rest of my family arrived. I thought that it was an incredible experience and well worth the cost to attend.

Evan I enjoyed the personal attention almost as much as the food and wine. Sous Chef Richard and Sommelier Keith were just so into it and enjoying the fact that we were loving the experience you couldn't help but be happy! I will do this event every trip!

Sounds good. I did the wine pairing at V&A, and it was incredible:slurp:. Staying at BWI in Oct and love FFC. . . Hopefully we have time

Agreed. I had a great conversation with a few chefs in the kitchen. I was on my own, and still felt like I had dining companions. I also learned quite a bit about running such a fast paced kitchen where everything is prepared fresh when ordered.
