I belive they do have childrens menu type foods (buger and fries). We sat next to a couple that had an 7-8 year old boy, and he had a buger and seemed to enjoy himself.
We don't have kids, but I know Chefs is a must on our resturant list every time we go. Great food, a bit pricey, but well worth it.

It has been awhile since I have been to Chefs de France but I have always had excellent meals there. One of the other sites has a children's menu from Chefs de France. It contains:
All Meals Include Kid's Soft Drink and Ice Cream
Blanc De Poulet Aux Nouilles - Sliced breast of chicken served with pasta $5.85
Croquette De Boeuf En Brioche - Ground beef steaks in a brioche bun, served with French fries $5.60
Filet De Perche Frit Avec Pommes Frites - Fried filet of orange roughy served with French Fries $5.45
The menu is dates 12/2001.
