Does anyone happen to know what brand or who makes the goat cheese Chefs de France uses on their cheese plate appetizer? Or maybe anyone eating there anytime soon that would ask??? Thanks a bunch!

Yeh! The dude's name is Chevre,has four legs and a White goatee,sorry,I can't help myself.I've no idea,but am sure it will taste fine.Iam fond of goats cheese's and yet to find one I haven't liked.
...lol. you're as bad as i am. smarty pants flocking together. but really...i'm going through withdrawals over that cheese.
Not sure, but I agree its GREAT goat cheese.
